We own a substantial chunk of land parcels i.e. 16.5 acre of prime land in Delhi & NCR that runs in hundreds of crores whose market value is not reflected in the books. We are looking to acquire more after completion of our premium housing project Aravali One.

As part of the strategy we will also look to enter into joint venture with companies having large tract of land. The company will focus on turnkey BOT projects too as asset light model is going to be the future aspect where resources can be put to optimal use apart from developing the entire land on its own
